Matthew Harb Question  1: H1: That driving with phones slows reaction time          Ho: That driving with phones does not slow reaction time The test that was used was an independent test because you want to see the results of people  without a phone and then see the results of people with phones while driving. And you would  reject the null hypothesis at a significance level of 5%
