Murray explicitly illustrates the spatial analytical methods regarding policy evaluation. Introduction Allan Murray is a full professor at Ohio State University. He works in the Center for Latin American studies and the department of geography and regional development. Alan Murray has 192 publications to his name, specializing in infrastructure reliability and vulnerability. Sex offender exclusion laws are related to geography in the sense that they pertain to specific zoning and partitioning of parcels of land for certain uses. This pertains to geography and urban morphology because the exclusion policies are directly related to the physical area in which they are being enacted. Data and Methods
