Evangelism COLLAPSE Customers can be more than customers. Given the proper product experience they can become Evangelists for our product. Describe a situation where you have become a product evangelist. How did this come about? What prompted you to become an evangelist? In your work, what is the ONE step that could be taken that would increase the probability of turning customers into evangelists? Why hasn't this step already been taken? I have become a product evangelist for Apple products. Anytime anything new comes out I am the first to buy and proudly display my use. Anytime anybody asks for advice regarding devices and computers I always suggest Apple products as I am very satisfied. This phenomenon came about after friends at school also suggested Apple products and I have used them since, always taking advantage of the discounts for students and never being disappointed by the quality and changes. At HEB I believe that we can turn customers into evangelists by increasing the presence of management in their respective departments to stay on top of customers comments and concerns. While I believe that management is visible by being required to remain on the sales floor for the majority of their shifts, I feel that customers still don’t know who to reach out for help. By erecting signs or making it clear to partners to share comments and concerns, we can increase customer satisfaction and thus loyalty. The end result will be management acting on customers comments and concerns and the resulting satisfaction will lead to customers more actively engaging with HEB and acting as evangelists. I feel that HEB has moved towards this, but can take steps to increase the visibility of management. I feel that management isn’t given enough time to interact with customers and should be given more time and assistance in order to accomplish this goal.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
