### Negotiation:
Negotiation is a dialogue between two or more people or parties intended to reach a beneficial outcome
over one or more issues where a conflict exists with respect to at least one of these issues. Negotiation is
an interaction and process between people who seek to influence one another. Negotiation is a means
for people to settle differences. It is a process by which people settle what they cannot impose and
resolve what they cannot evade.
### Three-Party Negotiation
A three-party negotiation is where three parties are involved in the negotiation process, either as part of
the negotiation process or as a third party observer. A three-party negotiation may be a useful tool in
many situations. It can be used to establish a third party, who may be skilled in negotiating, to help two
parties reach an agreement. It can also be used to establish a neutral party to mediate or arbitrate a
negotiation between two parties.
### Negotiation Scenario:
In this scenario, I am working as a developer in a software development company. The project manager
assigned me a task to complete in a week. I worked hard on it and completed the task in four days and I
asked my project manager to review my progress. He reviewed my progress and asked me to add a new
feature which was not included in the original task. I asked him that this new feature is too complex and
it can’t be added in the current sprint. The project manager insisted that he will not close the sprint
without this feature.
