Virus Found in North America, Europe, France, Canada Effects mostly dairy goats Transmitted :  ingestion of milk or colostrums Symptoms : Encephalitic form o Mostly affects young kids o In-coordination – paralysis – neurological deficits Arthritic form o Chronic progressive arthritis o Lameness – weight loss – swelling Diagnosis = serology tests Treatment : Symptomatic therapy Anti-inflammatories
