    Always Remember It is still legal to ask a co-worker out on a date. However, being that we live in a litigious society it is wise to know what you are getting yourself into before you jump in headfirst. No means no! Don’t ask more than once and be judicious- you can’t date them all. Should it end, you two still have to work together. As with any relationship, open and honest communication is key but especially when dating a fellow employee.
