2 Describe what you have noticed about your empathy bias as you have explored the various topics included in this course. (e.g., what topics elicited the most empathy-bias, what topics elicited the least?) The significant aspect I have noticed about my empathy bias is that I can express cognitive, emotional, and compassionate empathy to my own social groups and others. The topic 'juveniles in adult criminal court’ prompted the most empathy bias. The juveniles in adult criminal court often experience abuse and neglect over delinquency. Research has affirmed that juveniles' most law-breaking deeds are influenced by drug addiction and familial factors like separation from families. Nevertheless, the teenagers in adult criminal courts face similar judgments as their fellows or even worse. On the contrary, the topic of criminal responsibility in criminal court elicited the least empathy bias. The less empathy bias is linked to the concept that individuals are liable for their crimes as they engage in unlawful acts intentionally and with negligence.
