Motivation StrategiesI would like to present the strategies that has made Monroe County Hospital successful. This success did not occur over night ;however, withstrategic planning it was implemented through teamwork. The hospital has gained a lot of recognition from other facilities in regard to how effectiveour team has become. Being a team player has real meaning in which it does not mean that the employee has to “ buckle” under pressure. I wouldlike to discuss the strategies that help facilities become better team players in the medical practice. Strategies and methods will aid in being able topick up on team members emotions translating them into effective and strategic communication. It teaches you how to read the emotions of yourteammates and to listen actively to what the team member has to say. It is important to develop a team attitude and live that attitude every day in yourmedical practice through positive behavior. Most importantly it is important to understand the difference between a group and a team. Finally, by theend of this presentation , you will have a complete understanding of how to boost the team morale, improve effectiveness, and strengthen your medicalpractice team. Let’s get started!!
