Today's workforce is diverse and has multiple conflicting priorities. As a nurse leader, you would like to see your hospital implement an outreach program that will benefit needy members of the community. What are some methodologies of communication you would use to develop a shared vision with your stakeholders? How would you apply strategic management to make your visions for the outreach program become reality?As a nurse leader there are many ways to communicate with executives and stakeholders of the hospital. I would begin sharing my vision for the outreach program through written communication, this will allow meto share thoroughly and effectively so that I may explain how the program will benefit the community. After providing all the information in a written format I would then organize a meeting in which I could give a professional presentation about the benefits of the program. The methodologies I would utilize in order allow the members to see my vision would be using nonverbal communication such as smiling, having an open stance, not standing with my back to anyone, and making eye contact. I would also utilize effective verbal communication by speaking clearly and allowing time for others to communicate. These methodologies of communication will aid me in affectively communicating my vison for the outreach
