That was all fat and most of it was around my waist line and some in my thighs. I realized if I continued this regimen, I would: a) be more susceptible to acquiring diseases such as heart disease, cholesterol problems, diabetes, etc. b) probably be unable to move, because of my weight and body fat, or worse, I’d probably be dead of a heat stroke or a heart attack before my 21 st birthday. 1...
