WEB-BASED ERI TESTING FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 1. What if a student forgets his/her user ID and/or password? The student may visit www.eriworld.com and click the “User name/password help” link under the log-in boxes. After completing the required steps, the student’s ID or password will be mailed to the e-mail address that the student provides. The instructor may login to ERI using the faculty user ID and password and search for the particular student by clicking the “Schedule Assessment” link under the “Assessment Schedules” link on the home page. The instructor should then fill in the appropriate fields (it is usually easier to fill in the student name boxes or the class name box if that information is available). 2. What if a student loses the Internet connection while taking an exam? The student should log-out of Internet Explorer and then log back in as soon as possible. Once a connection is established, the student should log- in to his/her account at the ERI home page. Once logged on, the student
