IMPACT OF PERSONALITIES AND DIVERSITY PART 1
Some of the members in our team had some similar results when it came to the
Big Five Personality test. This is something that could be a very good thing due to the
fact when people have similar personalities they tend to work better together. There are
some situations where if a person is lacking certain traits, it is good if another member
of the team has that trait so that they can balance one another out. The impact of
personalities and ability of an organization is something that is major. This could be a
key element in the success of the company itself.
Stephanie received a 36 for Extraversion, a 48 for conscientiousness, a 39 for
agreeableness, a 31 for emotional stability, and a 39 for open to experience. Jasmine
received a 46 for extraversion, a 37 for conscientiousness, a 50 for agreeableness, a 39
for emotional stability, and a 39 for being open to experience. These results can mean
that our team is in pretty good shape. The reason that I say this is because none of the
team members had what is considered low scores for any of the five titles. This means
