Methods In order to find out if our hypothesis is correct or not, we must perform a study. We are now moving from an association claim that suggests crying and mood are correlated, to a causal claim that says crying causes better mood. The most important validity in a causal claim is internal validity, but that doesn’t mem construct and external validity isn’t important. Here is the way we will perform this experiment. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
