Each student should be required to take one credit of physical education class every school year. B. Activities such as intramurals should be promoted more to increase awareness of campus activities. IV. This plan will work for a number of reasons. A. Students will be more aware of lifelong fitness if it is engrained into their heads in college. B. If there is more awareness of activities students will be more prone to take part in them. Conclusion I. The rate of obesity amongst young adults is constantly increasing every year. II.
