EPV #1 Personal, Social & Moral Development 1) Explain the relationship between self-concepts academic achievement, & what leaders can do to influence each. You have to respect others feelings like what they say and how they say it. You have o respect other people around you. You have to be friendly and not be selfish. Being to proud of yourself will set you apart from other and then you don’t get included. They looked at how you feel and what you can do as a person and then the class as a whole. The academic achievement was the video they watched was of the rainbow fish story. That video was show because it relates back to the ocean unit there doing and because it has the concepts of sharing and fitting in and no thinking your better then everyone else. It’s like the younger you are the more you have to reinforce concepts such as working cooperatively and respectfully. 2) Identify effective strategies for teaching students the skills of negotiation and conflict resolution.
