In the case of Justin King vs. Anheuser-Busch, Justin King is suing for damages related to an automobile accident. These monetary damages range from physical damages to mental grievances. It has recently come to light that Mr. King consumed alcohol prior to the accident. At the time of the accident, Mr. King was unconscious and taken directly to the Paxton Medical Center. Because of this, no test were taken to determine if he was under the influence.
