RR Draft:Effective intraoffice communication Background I worked at a technology firm for eight months as the position of AP Manager and   accountant My previous job experience was at a technology firm at the position of AP   Manager and Accountant for the duration of eight months .  The firm, named  Hopscotch  Technology, eventually had pecuniary difficulties and experienced an investment  takeover.  I believe It is my opinion  that this lack of monetary value in the company was  derived from a number of problems, but mainly because of poor communication in the  workplace.  The purpose of this report is to submit and recommend a way to effectively  communicate within the office. Introduction The company being discussed, Hopscotch Technology, had around  approximately  12   twelve  employees.  Often times, it was difficult to tell what employees positions where  based  in the office.  For example, if there was a problem with a business card, the  assigned position of graphic development, or whoever makes the business card, wouldn’t  be known.  This wastes time because an employee would have to spend time,   unnecessarily unnecessarily spend time  looking for the person who could solve their
