Grade Minimum  Sentence Maximum  Sentence Intentional Homicide (Voluntary) Unintentional Homicide  (Involuntary) Felony Murder Felony 1 º 1-10 Death or life Murder; 210.2 1. Purposely or knowingly (intent) Murder; 210.2 2. or reckless indifference to the  value of human life; intent to commit  grievous bodily injury(depraved  heart/extreme recklessness);  entitled to jury instruction for  reckless manslaughter Murder, 210.2(b)  1. extreme recklessness is presumed  (murder) if homicide occurs while  actor is engaged in, or is an  accomplice in, the attempted  commission of, or flight from one of  the dangerous felonies: robbery, rape  or deviate sexual intercourse by force  or by threat of force, arson, burglary,
