ThePractical Assessmentis a set of tasks that must be completed in a safeenvironment where evidence gathered demonstrates consistent performance of typicalactivities experienced in the customer service field of work.To be assessed for this unit of competency, you must demonstrate your skills andknowledge to apply critical thinking in order to develop solutions to complex issuesarising in the workplace.The Practical Assessments in this workbook include:1.Workplace Project AssessmentA series of tasks assessing the learner’s practical knowledge and skills relevant tothe unit of competency. This includes the learner completing workplacedocuments or similar as evidence of competent performance.2.Workplace Practical ObservationA set of assessment tasks where the learner must demonstrate practical skillsrelevant to the unit of competency. These skills are to be demonstrated whilebeing observed by the assessor.IMPORTANT!All signatures/initials in your submissions, including yours, must be handwrittenand dated.
