N FIGURE 3. Validating processes for open questions PARTICIPANTS Participants were determined using the following criteria in order to achieve better result accuracy. Firstly, the participants should cover all major kinds of road users and stake-holders. In our study, the six kinds of road users and traffic administration policemen, including experienced private drivers, experienced professional drivers, novice drivers, bus passengers, bicycle riders, and pedestrians.
