The US constitution and the political system. 1. How unequal is representation in the Senate? Describe some of the consequences of that inequality. The smallest 26 states in US make up only 18% of the population holds the majority in the US Senate. The demographics of minorities is more than the amount of minorities in the smaller states. 2.
