Assignment Produce a simple data analysis report using frequencies for all of the available variables. Frequency output tells you how many times each attribute occurs in the database under a specific variable (N) and the percentage of times that attribute appears. The calculation is the Attribute # / Total N
Problems with the Reports Format Issues : Use both % and whole numbers Round up to nearest whole – no decimals in % Put attribute lists in numerical order – most to least. Exception is variables that have a natural order like day of week, time, age – leave those in the natural order (discuss the month issue)

Problems with the Reports Format Issues : Create easy to read columns for the attribute and % (n) – use the tab key to make everything line up Monday 23% (40) Tuesday 20% (32) etc. Put “Other” and “Unknown” at the bottom of the attribute list not in the numerical order. Spacing – do not split an attribute list between pages Don’t need to use attributes that have 0 values
Problems with the Reports Format Issues : Do not cut and paste from SPSS outputs – everything should be rewritten in your own words and match the format of the rest of the report.
