Marketing Consultant McClellan Bob Evans / BOBE & Denny’s/ DENN (Visitor Experience) 2 Bob Evans / Denny’s (Visitor Experience) Bob Evans and it competitor Denny’s maintains a good and acceptable customer relationship marketing which is consistent with their ability to keep their customers loyal to their products and services. I visited both of these websites to see the comparison and contrast of both companies website. I wanted to see if they were effectively reaching out to their customers and how their websites generated customer interaction and loyalty within their internet marketing scheme. I applied the customer lifecycle management tools to examine both Bob Evans and Denny’s website. My visitor experience to Bob Evans Farms, Inc. website at shows a layout of their companies’ products and services. Bob Evans specializes in bringing farm-fresh food to their customers. They have a variety of flavored sausages, mashed potatoes, homemade fries and bacon. They specialize in frozen meals that can quickly and easily be prepared in a microwave and / or stove oven in lesser time than it takes to cook the meal from scratch. In Comparison to its competitors website (Denny’s) that I had visited at , Denny’s cooks and serves meals, entrees and desserts; which are tailored for families, kids, seniors, and all-nighters visitors who eat in their restaurants. In contrast, Denny’s serves Breakfast featuring it Grand Slam Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner 24 hours a day, 7 days a week whereas Bob Evans sells their products which are sold in store which carries their product 24hours day 7 days a week and can be prepared in their customers’ homes. Bob Evans website offers free meals to kids if they join the Bob Evan’s Birthday Club. Bob Evan conveniently provides gift card services that can be refilled and purchased in denomination of more than $500.00. Their website includes recipes that can be prepared with the fresh meat products that are made at Bob Evans Farms. In comparison to Denny’s website it has a games page and a birthday club for kids, a breakfast club for Adults which provide the adult customers with free breakfast deals. They have gift cards that can be purchased in denominations of $100.00. In contrast to the free offers the customer receives; Denny’s customer who enrolls into the breakfast Club agrees to an opt-in agreement to receive emails, newsletters, promotions they are implementing the push and pull method of internet marketing and they
