ANNOTATED REFERENCES PAPER 2Saud Alotaibi, F. M. (2014). Impact on quality culture of total quality management practices factors. International Journal of Business & Economic Development, 2(3), 35-48 Retrieved from This article consists of a study of Saudi Arabian contractors and their use of Total QualityManagement principles and what effect it has on overall quality of work. The article starts by presenting an introduction to Total Quality Management (TQM) and its principles. It states the purpose of the study and the method of how it will be conducted. Overall, I found this journal article very helpful with researching my topic.Gimenez-Espin, J. A., Jiménez-Jiménez, D., & Martínez-Costa, M. (2013). Organizational culture for total quality management. Total Quality Management & Business Excellence, 24(5/6), 678-692. Doi:10.1080/14783363.2012.707409The authors of this journal article research which organizational culture is the best fit for the implementation of Total Quality Management. It looks at the history behind TQM, which is needed to understand what TQM is, and how to identify a culture that is the best fit for it. Organizational culture is defined and examined. It then combines the two and how they work together. Finally, the authors tie TQM to company performance. This journal article is similar to what my research will include.
