Work Breakdown Structure WBS 1. HOME RENOVATION PROJECT WBS 1.1. PROJECT INITIATION A kickoff meeting will start the initiation phrase of the project. In the meeting all the stakeholders of the project will sit down together to review all the needs and requirements stated in the request of proposal of customer. WBS 1.1.1. Evaluation and recommendation Our specialists with related experiences will cooperate with house owner to assess the provided solutions and give the recommendation if it is necessary. By doing this we want to make sure all the requirements and the needs will be met and the overall scope of work of the project will be designed accordingly. Our specialists assigned to implement the project include: Project manager Civil Engineering Architect Construction supervisor WBS 1.1.2. Project charter We make sure all the needs and requirements stated on the request for proposal will be met and project charter is created to summarize how we are going to carry out the project, it will contain some important information like why project need to be done? How much money can we spend on this project and what are the limited resources? Project structure; cruise members to implement the project and other stakeholders; major deliverables and deadline. Critical risks and issues are identified and list in the project charter either.
