BackgroundThis paper is prepared with an intention to meet the final requirement of SELP course of MBAmodule affiliated to Leeds Beckett University. This paper intends on displaying theunderstanding abut experiential learning and reflective practices. The necessary theories with thepresenter’s own experience and critical evaluation is included in this report. Additionally, thisreport includes brief explanation of the diagnostic tools used to identify the personality type,perspective, strengths and weaknesses of an individual.The detailed result of the report isdisplayed in the appendix of the report.This report also consists of the evaluation and analysis of the tools itself from the presenter’sperspective. Finally, the result of the tools is carefully analysed and major weaknesses arepointed out. Actions plans to overcome or improve those weaknesses are explained at the end ofthe documents with necessary Gannt charts that display the proper planning and time frames forcompletion and implementation of those action plans.
