Background
This paper is prepared with an intention to meet the final requirement of SELP course of MBA
module affiliated to Leeds Beckett University. This paper intends on displaying the
understanding abut experiential learning and reflective practices. The necessary theories with the
presenter’s own experience and critical evaluation is included in this report. Additionally, this
report includes brief explanation of the diagnostic tools used to identify the personality type,
perspective, strengths and weaknesses of an individual. The detailed result of the report is
displayed in the appendix of the report.
This report also consists of the evaluation and analysis of the tools itself from the presenter’s
perspective. Finally, the result of the tools is carefully analysed and major weaknesses are
pointed out. Actions plans to overcome or improve those weaknesses are explained at the end of
the documents with necessary Gannt charts that display the proper planning and time frames for
completion and implementation of those action plans.
