Motivation Strategies2“A team is made up of a group of people working together to achieve a shared goal. An effective team has certain features that allow the team members to function more professionally and efficiently. An efficient team advances ways to share management roles and ways to share responsibility for their work products, shifting importance from the individual to several people within the team. A team also develops specific team purpose and concrete work products that the members produce together” ("Strategies for Developing an Effective Team," 1998). Several approaches can be used to establish an effective team, and that includes develop ideas together, organize meetings, arrange the team, encourage team responsibilities, and establish time commitments. Develop ideas together, explain performance ideas with members of the team and make sure that every one of the members get recognize, the purpose and what actions will need to be taken toaccomplish them. Organize meetings are when a meeting is being held with the whole team during official visits; they discuss administrative ideas and inspire the team to deliberate their worries. Arrange the team isthe parts and tasks together. If every person has a bright part, individuals will be less likely to become angry and will be more willing to cooperate; they will agree on who will take on management roles for different team activities.
