Behavioral Styles Inventory: Part 1 – Zachary Mott – November 6, 2016 According to the OCEAN model I learned; I am relatively open to new experiences (Openness to Experience/Intellect), I am very well organized and can be relied upon (Conscientiousness), I am relatively social and enjoy the company of others (Extraversion), I am good-natured, courteous, and supportive (Agreeableness), and lastly that I remain calm, even in tense situations.[Out16] This personality test could be a great instrument to utilize in multiple ways. Management is described as the completion of company goals effectively and efficiently through planning, organizing, leading, and controlling organizational resources.[Daf16].
