ASSIGNMENT 2- A Virtual Team At T.A Stearns . Q. Why is this group a team? Ans. This group would rather be called a team, as they enjoy the benefits of being one. Teams have the capability to quickly assemble, gather information, and distribute work among the team members and disband. They work individually but however at every step they are well coordinated, contrary to a group which interacts primarily to share information and help only those members that deal in the same line of work. A team works individually but however, all their individual efforts result in a combined overall good performance. For instance, when one of the members came up with macros, he shared it with all the other team members so that consequently the efficiency of the team would improve. Further on, this team is called so because all the members use computer technology to coordinate with each other. They are usually in touch through emails, such teams are called virtual teams and the team in the case incident is an example of such a
