2AbstractThe very first thing an employee and CSW should learn about incompany training is that their feelings and personal beliefs shouldbe set aside when they are hired. When businesses conduct most oftheir business in other countries or with a set of individuals, theemployee and CSW will need to research about that culture to gaina better understanding of what is proper and inappropriate. Everyemployee and CSW will need to practice speaking clearly, slowlyand change their terminology to a more familiar wording. Theemployee should avoid using slang or terminology that may not beunderstood by the customer, they should communicate only usingthe common English language. Employees and CSWs should notbelieve that if a customer agrees to anything that they understandwhat is being said. The employee and CSW should gather cluesfrom the information that has been shown by the customer aboutthe problem and make certain that they can understand theresolution you have given them.
