It also states when and where the meeting will take place. 2. I think it is important to the inmates and the friends/families of the inmates. I don't think it is going to affect people who are not currently in prison, or have a family member or friend in prison. Everyone's rights should be protected, no matter if they are in prison or not, so I think the Civil Rights Commission should be focusing on this issue....
