Does having women work outside the home harm the development of young children?Find academic evidence to support your view and cite all your sources . No, women working outside of the home, a job that rewards you with money, does not harm the development of young children. The parents are able to have a babysitter, family member, and even a type of daycare to watch the child(ren) and provide them with a small amount of education while both the mother and the father are away. The things that need to be taught to a person at a young age are not terribly hard to teach, therefore the temporary caretaker would be able to teach them the simple things that will build up their foundation of life. You lose this control when working and using child care services. Lastly, your children may feel like you are forgetting about them or perhaps that they aren’t important. This is because you aren’t home very often, at least in their mind, and you always have them babysat. This isn’t a very common case,
