H 4 u o g F Every year, the human resource department of many inquiry companies will face a difficult choice, which is whether recruiting experienced practitioner or new beginner in this field. In my point of view, the beginner may be more likely than expert to make important discoveries. Firstly, all important discoveries call for breaking of the conventional restriction . As a beginner entering the field, for instance, a student just graduated from the college, he has no ideas of conventions. On the other hand, experienced experts spent so much time in the field that those laws and regulations deeply rooted in their hearts. Just because beginner is not aware of convention, he doesn't fear of breaking it. Without the limit of conventional ideas, beginner is
