How to educate effectively is a very popular and controversy topic nowadays, every educational agency are trying to find a most effective way or system to obtain the best result for education, some believe that education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student. Can it be the truly effective one? Does it have feasibility? In my point of view, it is like a mission impossible.
