If a person’s energy requirement is 2000 kilocalories per day, calculate the number of grams of carbohydrate necessary to provide 55% of kilocalories. 5. You are considering eating a piece of pecan pie that provides 450 kilocalories and 21 grams of fat. What is the percent fat from total kilocalories for this dessert? If your kilocalorie needs are 2000 kcal, what percent of daily kilocalories needs are supplied by the piece of pecan pie? 6.
