1. Company Description 1.1 Problem Definition: The Cornell Dairy Bar is widely acclaimed across the Cornell University campus for the superior quality of its ice cream and other dairy products. However, due its remote location, visually-unappealing facility, and reputation of having extremely slow-moving service, the bar is underachieving in terms of potential profit and sales revenue. To combat this dilemma, a revamping and relocation of the bar's facility is needed, along with a restructuring of the bar's staff. Additionally, a new marketing program is required to create awareness of these changes and to further attract customers to the bar. 1.2 Company and Product Overview 1.2.1 History of Cornell Dairy: The Cornell Dairy was founded in 1880 and has been operating ever since. Founded as a Cornell Institution, the Cornell Dairy is run by the Cornell School of Agriculture and Life Sciences and its students. Initially, it was housed in the Physical Sciences section of Central campus, right behind Rockefeller Hall,
