Ass1I.Equality and diversity are a topic that’s relevant for all workplaces, regardless of whether thenumber of employees, and irrespective of whether the workplace is. Policies and procedure will bedifferent but they have all the same goal to reach. So, working in a place with a varied multiculturalenvironment such as International Convention Center (ICC Sydney) , i think this policies could beapplied. As a Team Member every day i met and served people from all countries so i am sure,such as the policy i follow there, that diversity is relate to any common differences, (such as age,culture, ethnicity, gender language, race, religion, etc.) but mostly to DISCRIMINATION,HARASSMENT AND of course EQUALITY POLICY.I think that respect for the culture of others is the basis of the principles of man, so it is importantthat in this kind of environments so big, and multicultural layered it is primary create a plan andpolicy and then follow principles contained in the Acts.
