1) A) Oakes gets a 10% raise in her salary which is $4800.00 because she a high performer but low in organization commitment due to the fact that she is thinking of leaving the company. Based on her bio, she is the company’s lone wolf and we have to give her a raise in order to make her stay. B) Smith gets a 11% raise in his salary which is $4675.00 because even though he does not have better leadership skills compared to Oakes but his commitment to the organization his high as well as his performance. This makes him the star in the organization and we would definitely work towards keeping him in the company. C) Xiong gets an 8% raise which is $3440.00. Based on his performance, he has high organization commitment by being a good team player. In other words, he works well with others and can be a potential star employee for the company. D) V.Lopez should get 9% raise which is $3600.00. Even though her performance is the same results as Xiong’s, she has strong traits of a star employee because of her willingness to volunteer for overtime.
