To start off, as an employee I would value the following checklist ingredients the most is, by calculating the internal hire rate for open positions . I truly believe that the growth potential in a company would have a high correlation to my job performance. Furthermore, diversity and gender balance, at all levels of the workforce, are strong qualities in a workforce . As an employee I want to feel that I have the equal opportunity to the rest of my workmates in order to progress in the workplace and my performance is based on my commitment to my job rather than the color of my skin or gender. On the other hand, as an employee I would value the following checklist ingredients the least is to provide on-site day care if possible because comparing this to other ingredients on the checklist this one is not valuable to me at this current time. Moving on, the next ingredient that I value the least is conducting an annual basis, conduct a job-satisfaction survey of all employees; quantify and share the results.
