II Acknowledgement I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all lectures and tutors for teaching me in this Master of Housing management, the information includes both informative literature and practical skills are valuable to my works and academic studies. Also, I would like to express my deep thankfulness to my dissertation supervisor Professor Anthony Yeh for his guidance and efforts that he advises in teaching me to complete the dissertation exercise including but not limit to research analysis, organizational structure of the dissertation and the main analysis framework. All of these allow me to complete the dissertation smoothly and thoughtfully. Interviewees participated in the on-street survey contributes important findings to this dissertation, therefore, it is really appreciate for tenants of Lei Tung Estate, Chuk Yuen North Estate and Kin Sang Estate for participating in the survey and the time they spent. Without their volunteer contribution, the dissertation cannot be finished and the analysis cannot be considerate as now.
