Abstract The purpose of this research was to investigate which are the factors that affecting job satisfaction at the International Bachelor of Business (IBBus) – English for Academic Purpose level 5 (EAP5) in order to determine the factors that lead to job satisfaction and dissatisfaction after graduated at the college. The data was collected and administered by means of a structured questionnaire. The survey discovered that most of the students draw their job satisfaction from having a positive working relationship with colleagues, the flexibility in working place, their promotion opportunities at work, and the conditions of their working environment.
