ABSTRACT It is undoubted that the crucial of motivation is one of critical element that leads to the success in education as well as any business of organization. However, nowadays, there are a lot of managers, CEO or staff lack of the high level of knowledge, experiences, abilities and capacities to improve, enhance and apply directly correct strategies in motivating employees in the workplace. To support numerous manager or staff who have shortages in motivating employees, a variety of researchers strive to analyze and explore numerous efficiency initiatives, visions and strategies such as how to motivate employees, the way to change environment in workplace, and the plenty of experience about motivating are shared. This research report outline amount of information is gathered from the interview with three companies. The main purpose of report concentrates on what and how the organizations have done to motivate employees. The details of this report were obtained from the interview of Wall Street English center, Wei Sing industrial company and Ngo Gia Company. Furthermore, the plenty of database was searched from survey with many staffs, managers and a lot of students in international universities. Besides, a variety of information was found from some reliable articles, books and websites on the Internet such as CNN Money, ProQuest, and other official websites. As the results, most approaches, plans and strategies are widely observed and applied are relevant with demand of each individual such as job enhancement, improve facilities, environment like Google. The results of this report indicate the number of experiences and strategies to motivate labors in workplace. Besides, it also expresses how the number of companies’ negative or positive contributions affects directly and indirectly on the motivation employees.
