Factor influence individual decision making 1) Individual difference level/characteristic Age : depending on age, participants do not behave in the same way when they make decisions, youths felt significant pressure from emotional, youths individual lacking in knowledge and experiment,  y oung adults have better working memory, recall and learning, whereas elderly adults benefit from a different emotional processing during the task. Elderly adults seem to pay greater attention to emotional information, such as task losses and gains. Elderly people may also have degraded ability to make risk taking decisions because they experience higher anxiety Cognitive biases : decision makers may be unduly influenced by cognitive biases that cause them to interpret the situation in a manner that impedes problem recognition and promotes escalation behavior.
