You did a very good job of summarizing the significance and background portions of the paper. Though arguably, you did include information that we didn't necessary need to know (I.e. the three parts of homeostasis or discovered over 150 y/ago), you included enough information to make it a narrative and I feel it was appropriate. I feel the best way to improve it would be to add information from outside sources, but you weren't allowed to do that in this assignment so you are perfect as is. You did a very good answering the what and the why, and I feel these are the most important aspects so you are 90% there. However, to give the reader more of a feel for the actual work done in the paper, you could include the who (authors), where (their university), when (year) and title of the article in the paper. Technically, the word driver has broad meaning, and what you said about neurons being drivers is not wrong. But you might confuse someone in the scientific community by calling neurons drivers. I completely do not blame you for not knowing about the ambiguity of the word "driver" meant in the
