The present essay examines the analysis of the factors that are needed to expand its businesson the international platform. Regarding this, Tata, the company, has taken into accountanalysing the inner context. The Tata group was founded in 1868 by Jamsetji Tata, a globalenterprise in India with 30 companies around ten verticals (Referred to the appendix). TheTata group operates in more than 100 countries around six continents with a primary missionto develop the quality of life belonging to the communities that will be served internationally(Tata, 2022). The operation will be done by executing the long-term values of stakeholdersdepending on leadership with fundamental trust.International HRM management plays an essential factor that is needed to be countered whileexpanding its business to international business. International HRM management isdetermined as the activities that target human resource management at the global level(Tutorials point, 2019). It generates to meet organisations' objectives and achieve competitiveadvantage over competitors at the international and national levels. It can be argued that theinternational HRM of Tata Group has created a broader impact on the development of itsbusiness. Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs is the signature model that is used by Tata Group todevelop its business in the international market. The Maslow hierarchy of needs includesphysiological needs, love, and belonging, safety needs, self-actualisation, and esteem needs.According to Maslow, when a lower need is met, the next need in the hierarchy will becomethe main focus of attention (Hopper, 2020). The international HRM of Tata Group willmonitor the need of their consumer based on their physiological, safety, love and belonging,esteem, and self-actualisation.A trade barrier is another significant issue that is required to be monitored by Tata Groupwhile expanding its business to the international platform. The total tax burden in Australia isfundamentally low compared with regional competitors and developed countries. The federalgovernment generates around 81 per cent of overall tax revenue in Australia (The Treasury,2012). Furthermore, territory and state governments gain tax of about 45 per cent of revenuefrom the federal government consisting of GST revenue (The Treasury, 2012). On the otherhand, in Canada, the tax wedge for the individual worker increases by 0.6 per cent pointsfrom 30.09 % in 2020 to 31.5% in 2021 (OECD, 2022). Therefore, it is found that Tata Group
