This paper will provide human resources management situation in Vietnam, particularly a medium-sized company Aten Jsc. Moreover, it outlines the findings of the report, draw some conclusions and make comment on the human resources management activities in Aten English Center. My report includes three chapters: - Chap 1: Overview of Aten English Center - Chap 2: The current situation involving human resource management activities at Aten English Center. - Chap 3: Recommendations to better management
