t-Test Challenge
The diet pill was first distributed in California and a rapid spread of zombie cases were
reported across L.A. and San Diego in January 2023, approximately 3 months after the pill hit
the market. The first known cases were individuals prescribed the pills, but it is now suspected
that the virus is spread through human-to-human contact. The means of spread/exposure, rate of
spread, and incubation time are still unknown.
Luckily, doctors gathered data on 100 individuals who took the diet pill. The data includes
basic demographic information and zombie symptom information. All patients experienced
zombie-like symptoms, but only some were diagnosed as full zombie (others recovered after
mild symptoms). Use the excel data file to answer the following questions:
