Vocabulary: Ecosystem: a grouping of plants, animals, and  other organisms interacting with each other and  the environment in such a way perpetuate the  group more or less indefinitely. Abiotic: Nonliving stuff or something derived  from something that was never living. Biotic: Living stuff or something that was derived  from something that was living. Populations: Where species live together as a  reproducing group.
