Question 1 To start with significant snowstorm of 2004-2005 winter season covers a significant part of the upper east in snow. Moved in from the midwest and transformed into the upper east heading. Climbing the east drift gathering dampness, carrying snow with 30-50mphwinds the night of January 22nd, 2005. The morning of January 23rd conjectures anticipated 12-18 inches of snow in New York City. Extremely chilly temperatures went with the snow storm - 20 degrees in upstate New York while inside of the city temperatures stayed generally tender; 10 degrees above at a young hour in the morning. To a great degree poor visibility; not as much as a quarter mile now and again. Out of the three metropolitan airplane terminals in the New York City territory, 495 flights were wiped out and postpones kept running up to 2 hours. A freight plane overshot the runway at kennedy without any wounds. Airplane terminals toward the south started shutting as conditions deteriorated.
