The “’01 is the latest gadget used by the company to keep trendy in the retail business environment Afier a year Of customing and deploying the enterprise application systems (ERP CRM and SCM): the company could not see any significant advantages brought by the systems, except receiving a W 0f complaints through email from customers, supplier and their employees such as too much details to be keyed in, the steps or processes are new and cumbersome, the system is too slow at times, the user interfaces are too crowded, not enough help on the system, support services are not able to address problems quickly, reports generated are too simplified and etc. The problem related to the systems effect the company performance to deliver their products or services as expected by the customers and suppliers. The setbacks were probably due to some technical, management as well as logistical reasons. The-company director is not happy about his company’s . performance after the enterprise applications systems were implemented. Since he needs to improve his current business operation urgently, he has appointed you as a consultant to look into this matter.
